RUSSIA Koryak Fur hat (Penkin)

The Koryak people live in northeastern Siberia and have historically relied on reindeer as their primary source of food and clothing. Living on the tundra, an extremely cold and windy environment, requires special clothing and the Penkin is lined inside and out with fur for extra warmth.
